Please report the issues you’re having via the Get Help button in the in-game Settings menu, and we’ll do our best to respond within 48 hours! Thank you for bearing with us while Dragon Up Beta is in development. We’re working hard to make our game a fun experience for everyone!
Tap the Settings icon on the bottom left of the game screen. From there, you’ll see a pop-up with your User ID at the bottom of the window--tap on it to copy to clipboard!
If you’ve linked the game with your Google Play Games/iTunes account and have cloud saves enabled, your player data will be automatically stored. Your game progress can be retrieved by logging in to your Google Play/iTunes account on any device!
If you’re really sure that you want to start over (you’ll lose everything, including any purchases you’ve made in the Store), please send your User ID and let us know at dragonup-support@nightgardenstudio.com . There is currently no way to reset your player data from within the app, so we’ll get back to you as soon as we’ve manually reset your account for you!
